This app runs horribly, it kept going to commercial mid play, it would come back from a commercial break several plays into a drive, it crashes a lot, it jumps to other games, and it has “show scores” turned off by default, but when you go to settings to turn them on, it doesn’t let you. For an app that costs a minimum of $30 to watch a season, it should be a functional app AT LEAST. This app is FALSE ADVERTISING. They are going to need to make some serious changes or else there will be lawsuits

App crashes often and about 3/4 of the time, it won’t even open. It’ll either get stuck on the initial screen, or it’ll give me a network error message even though literally everything else on my phone (other apps, texts, email, etc) work perfectly fine. I have to uninstall and reinstall the entire NFL app for it to work again, and even then, it’s a roll of the dice if it actually works. Very disappointing.

it’s not bad, when it works. I opted in for the NFL + subscription, and I sure hope it was a temporary issue, but it kept forcing me off the game I wanted to watch, to put on the game that was “first” in the app. didn’t stop fighting me till that game was over and even then had some serious issues. was worth it for RedZone, thoroughly enjoyed that, but with the price increase I’ll just listen to the radio. and the few times I reached out to their customer service it was a nightmare.

Does not work on any level. Signed up to NFL+ specifically to watch preseason games. It’s 7:10 pm and the games have been live for 10 minutes, but only three of them can be accessed, the rest are buried in poorly-designed UI and there doesn’t appear to be a way to access them. App is also incredibly slow and has crashed on me after 20 minutes of use. Incredibly disappointed but not surprised; the NFL continues to lag years behind other sports organizations in terms of fan experience.

This app is absolutely terrible. It’s buggy as it could possibly get, it crashes all the time, you’ll click a game to watch and it will play a totally different one, there’s currently a bug where I CANT TURN ON BEING ABLE TO SEE SCORES. Also what’s the point of selecting my favorite team if you’re just going to send me notifications about random unrelated stuff anyway? Hate to say it but just download the ESPN app people. It’s not perfect but at least it WORKS

I rarely leave reviews but this needed something. NFL+ seemed a decent deal for the content of normal cable. Unfortunately, this might be the single worst app I have ever used. It is impossible to watch a chosen game in full screen, it just switches back to the game the app opened on. Turning off alerts? Nah. Even if you manage to flip one of the buttons (which is a task as they flip back), you STILL receive alerts. Utter garbage. As a dev, I sure hope this was rushed by management, otherwise…

Haven’t been able to get the app to load since the season started! I can’t get ahold of anyone to help. I paid for an NFL+ subscription and can’t use it. Nor can I get a refund before I paid for the year. It worked fine when it was trying to sell me the subscription. I’ve rebooted, Uninstalled, reinstalled nothing works. I cannot get past the NFL screen except when I re install it. And when I log in it has an error message. Everything I read says it’s fixed..but it’s not!! Junk.

Complete and utter mess. Crashes over the simplest things. Tells me I can watch a live game but isn’t able to load the video, but if I try another game it works fine. The cute this “Fumble!” message every single time it messes up is starting to give me a brain aneurysm it pisses me off so much. Fux your app, it’s the only way I can watch football at the moment, and it makes enjoying the sport I love an absolute chore.

It gets worse and worse every year. I’ve been using the NFL app to watch games and this year it’s basically unusable they added a new feature to hide game scores for some reason? And it’s impossible to turn off. What’s the point of having an NFL app if I can’t even track scores and stats. And then there’s the streaming which at this point just doesn’t work it’ll randomly switch games while watching if it’s even working and if it’s not doing that then it just says that an error has occurred.

I’m writing this review on September 12th 2022. Your app seems to have a software bug in it. When I’m watching a game and I switch the view to full screen mode it keeps blanking out and closing the app. The app does not stop if I don’t turn on full screen mode. Also, if I’m watching the Manning cast and I switched to full screen mode it will blank out and revert to the regular broadcast presentation. I hope you can fix it I’m sure your people will figure it out.
