Recent Mi Music Reviews
I really don’t appreciate the fact that there is no option to play the song or the playlist once in this app, songs just keep replaying unless you set a timer which has only select time frames that increment in 5 minutes, the minimum is 10 and the maximum is 90 minutes even though this will make it almost impossible to stop it at the right time, please just add the option to make this player stop after playing a song/playlist once. Thanks.
Help!!! Urgent! I’m a music teacher and yesterday my phone automatically updated the app and minutes later all my music is gone. What the heck !! Music I have been using for years that got from other music teachers that you can not find in the internet. I’m seriously collapsing over here trying to recover it. About the app: you can make carpets and choose the order of the songs, also has a fine search bar. It has so many ads between the songs but you can use the app offline and get rid of them
Was a good app, but every single update somehow manages to screw up the UI more than the previous one 1. At least bring back the alphabet on the right side of the screen when you sort by song title! I have 1400 tracks so scrolling is CLEARLY not an option 2. After an update, it just skips some songs, but if you go back, it plays just fine 3. Album covers take a bit to load. That’s fine, if it didn’t flash white while it’s loading. Not exactly easy on the eyes, is it? At least make the flash dark
Way too many ads. Select a song to play, BAM you watch an ad. Want to select another song? BAM you get to watch another ad. And the cycle keeps repeating. I’d understand if this was an independently developed app, but to have ads – any at all – in a built-in app that is developed by the company that produces the phone you have already payed for is ridiculous!
Fantastic app Great for watching videos and listening to music. I particularly like being able to use other apps and turn off the screen whilst playing music in the background. The only features that are missing are being able to create playlists and to cast directly from the Mi Music app. Otherwise a great wee app
Current update (August 2022) is unstable. I uninstalled it and the app works again. I like the app, it works well. I wish it were easier to add lyrics to songs, and to move between song and album, but for a free app, it’s good. Easy to turn the ads off too, a d no other free-with-ads app gives that option.
Strangely buggy for a simple default music player. Songs repeat every 5th or so song even though there are more tracks on the playlist. None additional features that make it stand out to other music apps. Adverts are ridiculous. A whole page pop up which actively cuts off the music and destroys the listening experience. Pop up ads should at least be muted by default instead of being so intrusive.
i wanted to rate it 0 stars!!! after the new update the app is very bad .. it’s full of bugs and lagging all the time , when i download a song i go to the app and i cant find it. I’ll say it again, IT LAGGS VERY MUCH ! it switches the covers of the songs. and more bugs it’s really bad that i deleted all my music and stopped using the app. the worst music app i used ever!
The app is great, simple and does it’s job perfectly, but for real, every update equals more ads. It used to play an ad once in a while and now it plays an ad every time you pick a playlist, try to play a song e.t.c. I understand that ads are important for the devs to make some money but honestly, that’s way too much!
As a default “music player” is decent, the only thing u gotta do is remove any online service (which is nice it has the option, great addition). Haven’t seen or had any problems with it at any moment and I’am very happy with it. If any other, i would like the addition to remove any saved equalizer savefile since i accidentally made some without any name, or the addition to edit it as name or configure it. Never had tried the online service, my opinion on it its probably with the ads.
