Normally I give bad reviews to apps begging for reviews every 5 seconds. You guys need to chill with that. However this is actually a superb screen recorder. The app I used previously stopped working and devs never fixed it. I switched to this one and wish I’d have done it sooner. Everything I wanted and need! Audio and Video quality are excellent. I haven’t had any performance issues either. Can’t say how good the editor is as I use a different one.
My only complaints are that it’s difficult to navigate to a specific file on my phone. It would be great if I could ‘share’ the file with the app and go directly to Compress, for example. My other wish is that when compressing a video, the app told you the expected size. Sometimes I need to shrink something down to 8MB for example, and I have to fiddle around with it a few times before I get it right. Otherwise, great app.
This app has a somewhat high rate of losing recordings, you’ll come to the end of a record, have plenty of space on your device, and hit the save button sometimes, and the little blue timer will sit at 00:00, and you’ll have to reset your device probably to start the app over again. I really don’t like losing long recordings that have good content I recorded, it is bs; needs to be fixed.
its amazing! i rate it 5 out of 5 stars! the only thing i dont really like is that every time i hit record a little thing that says sharing your device pops up on the side. if you could possibly change that to be gone i would appreciate it. I dont like that when i record a new video on my device it has this thing that kind of like- blocks out my veiw for a split sencond and every time i try to record i have to cut that part out of the video to make it seem good. Cute design, love the app! I don’t know why people are so mad about the ads, they need to make money? Also, it doesn’t even spam ads like some apps do. It has really high quality so I am ok with the ads. Again, this is perfect and so many features even without the pro in my opinion. However, one problem I have is that the blue ball that takes screenshots and things closes randomly when I go on other apps. I allowed the program to overlay other apps so I don’t understand. Otherwise, good app!
It’s so easy it’s amazing actually, it’s not intrusive saves it saves the files where you want it and accurately gets screenshots and full recording of the screen and audio. It’s worth every penny to get the ad free. And then the only limitations are how much space is left on your device.
Ads were not invasive *until after* I rated the app the first time with 5 stars. Sneaky… Also, the app does what is supposed to *almost* flawlessly in that I was able to make an 18min recording with perfect audio, but the video froze after the first second of recording. I tested with short recordings too. Same problem. Easy to use though. Just wished it worked and they weren’t so sneaky with saving the really obnoxious ads for after I rated the app.
This app is awesome! Who cares about a couple ads. They do this so they’re able to provide the app at a much better price. It also gives you the option to just pay a month for a few bucks instead of a full year. Another app only gave me the yearly option and was 4 times more expensive with less features!
This!! This did not record my video! I choose for the recording button to be hidden after starting and to shake the phone for it to end. It counted down, disappeared and started recording (Or so I thought!). After recording for about 30 minutes I shook the phone but didn’t see a “Recording finished” notification. After checking the app I see my recordings aren’t there! What! 2 stars for the useful features.
Works for it’s purpose but my God are there a lot of ads. Not only ads but it bombard you constantly asking for more permissions (which is fine but annoying) and advertising a subscription service, which for a screen recording app seems silly. All of this happened within 5 mins of installing the app. It works for my use so I can’t say it was bad but to even record your screen it feels like walking through times Square.
