I have never had a worse app for information about my account. Can’t see a balance on the account. I asked for weekly updates and do jot get them. Once I found info on my payment date and now it’s gone. Said the had a new platform and it’s not on my account. I have had credit cards for over 40 years and this is the worst.
If I could give no stars, I would. Worst app for credit card. App literally says “there’s no card to manage” whereas several days ago, there was. Doesn’t show all my cc transactions. Worst support app ever.
Poor… Cannot setup the app.. just got my card and trying to use app but no page to sign up. I would very much like to set up my payment info in order to use my card because I wont use it until I can.
Worked now says no card available I’ve unistalled and reinstalled the app and pretty much no one has a clue at customer service. But I can log in there website and everything is accessible and no problem

How can you not have payment scheduling options in your app in 2022? I think that feature was even available in 1996. You can’t change any pertinent settings on this app and I’m not seeing any reason to keep it.
The app is a pain. Slow, and a pain in the butt to pay my balance and view transaction history for the previous month or earlier.
