Mi Banco Mobile could easily be a five star app. It’s easy to use until you have to make and easy deposit. It is not an easy task. It takes multiple attempts just to make a single deposit. At the end it is better to head out straight to the bank. The easy deposit feature should be fixed or be removed from this app. Seriously fix it. Don’t call something “easy” when in reality it is not.
This app is perhaps the most inadecuate banking apps I have dealt with ever. I lived in many states and did local banking with many financial institutions but none this had. The interaction is very limited and apparently it was designed by a novice developer. To this day I have not been able to make a transfer from one account to another and that’s just the beginning.
Login button flashes the screen white then returns to the enroll/login screen. Problem was never my account, the app update required permissions I denied and failed silently. Had to clear all cache and storage to log back in. Denied the permissions it shouldn’t have, and it still didn’t work. Why is location and phone access not optional??Even with permissions, after closing the app it still produces the same glitch
Last two or three updates have completely ruined the app, before you used to get a print login prompt and now you have to click sign in and I click login and it won’t let me use the fingerprint anymore without erasing the data and cache first. The web version works fine it’s the app that’s giving me problems
App keeps failing after last update. Tried re-installing and phone restart and nothing… used to be good and reliable, now can’t even login to my account even after accepting all the absurd amount of permissions it now requires. Uninstalling for good this time… PLEASE FIX! Its very annoying having to connect via web from a phone 😑
I have a Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) and the app installed in my phone looks completely different. It looks like an outdated version. My version is up to date, the Play Store only provides the “Open” and “Uninstall” buttons. From my phone, I can take a look at my transactions and I can do Easy Deposits, but I cannot do transfers between my accounts (Error: GEN002E-000 RECORD NOT FOUND). I could do transfers from my accounts a few years ago, but now it always shows me that error.
This is the first time im having issues with the app. For the last couple of days i go into the app, click login and it doesnt go anywhere but back to the home screen to login or enroll. I have the latest version. Is there an issue with the app?
For whatever reason the app will not open on my phone. I’ve Uninstalled and reinstall the app with the same issue. One minute it works and the very next day it’s bipolar .
Since July the app sucks. It used to work great but now the app crashes every time I do a payment and today it doesn’t even open. Awful!!
App is demanding TOTAL ACCESS to the phone… It doesn’t need anything more than storage and camera. Why does it need access to my phone contacts or to the phone itself?
