I installed this app because I knew there was supposed to be bad weather heading my way. Luckily I left the TV on channel 11 as I went to sleep. Woke up to use the bathroom only to find there was a tornado approaching very close at a high rate of speed. Never once did the app update from a tornado watch to a tornado warning. Maybe 5 miles away with a 70mph storm didn’t fit it’s urgent criteria but I couldn’t be more disappointed. I only wish I could give it a lower rating. DONT TRUST IT!!!!
I legit like this better than the top weather app, and whatever was on my phone by default. The radar is good and fast, and go hourly and forecast info is simple and straight forward. Does what I want each morning to help me decide if I’ll commuting by motorcycle or car. Load screen is hilariously cheesy and awesome of the news team posing. That bumped it up 1 star. Win!
App is definitely not what it used to be, up until a couple of months ago it was great, I mean it’s still good, does what it’s supposed, but now if I move it to sd it won’t open, have to keep it in internal memory and take up space, it used to work perfect and I never had this problem, I’ve uninstalled and everything, sent big report and gotten no response!
PLEASE FIX THE APP! We have an Android version 10, now we get -only- radar, the daily & hourly features have completely disappeared. Force stopped the program, that didn’t help. Did a system update. That didn’t help. Uninstalled and reinstalled it. That didn’t help. All other apps we have work, so it’s not the phone. So we’re using other weather sites now. Sure wish you’d fix this!
It is not accurate and storms are showing up right on top of me and their radar doesn’t show a thing. It does not follow my location even with location on and can’t even lock onto my location.
It will not let me pin point my location, only the larger city in the county. Service in our area is minimal but I would still prefer more interaction with the meteorologist instead of the site seeming so hands off!
Almost always inaccurate predictions. Still receive alerts even after threat is gone or not close to where I am. Can check forecast every 20 minutes and get something different. Other apps predictions seem way more accurate
Please fix!!! It won’t do my current location anymore. Every time I click that option, it just sits the loading circle and never stops. This is my favorite weather app, please fix it. It’s the same on my husband phone. Was and will be a 5 star after its fixed. Excellent app when working properly. Best weather app I’ve ever seen.
Not accurate half the time. Daily percentage for rain says 20 then hourly says 100. Hard to plan events with inaccurate weather info. Beats nothing I guess.
I downloaded this app way back when it first came out, and it’s been my go to mobile weather station every since! Still kinda miss Ken Cook, though. Really loved all his helpful hints and incredible insights – especially on gardening! Always accurate and always on time! Keep up the good work!
