I’ve been using this app for a few years, not sure what happened but recently my music will skip from one song to another and not play. It’ll stop at a few select songs and that it’s, it continues to skip songs. Very frustrating. I’ve uninstall and reinstall 4 times and the same issue keep occurring. I really like this app so I hope this issue will be fixed soon
I have used this app a couple years and love it. One concern is that it must be deleted and reloaded to change the music files on external memory, else, it gets confused. I added some files again, not the first time. I have reloaded, rescanned and restarted but cannot get app to show or list music by genre. I need this for my file format. UPDATE: The music files MUST be customized for “music”, not general files, under PROPERTIES/CUSTOMIZE. This is an excellent player.
LOVE THIS MUSIC APP!! I have tried many music apps & this is the best app that I have found. Love how simple it is to use, love how easy it is to organize my many playlists, & love the interface that allows me to find songs with ease. My only small suggestion is to maybe make an option to go directly to the artist on the song that you’re currently listening to. Had that on one app & made things a little easier. A hey I forgot that I love this song, what else do I have from the artist?Keep it up!
Best music player available imo. My phone didn’t come with a gallery app or music app, so I had to look through many apps to get the closest “android” feeling apps. This is probably the best one I’ve found so far and it plays all my music, while others have trouble playing my files. This one even plays high fidelity files too. It’s great!
I like this app but there seems to be something wrong with the shuffle option. I have almost 600 songs on my SD card but it keeps repeating many of the same songs over and over again via the shuffle option. For example, yesterday I was working outside and listening to my phone and it played several songs at least twice within an hour timeframe, but other songs have never been played via shuffle since having this app. So far that is the only complaint that I have with this app.
I’m uninstalling this app to find something else. It works good sometimes. I gave it 2 stars because of the awful, intrusive ads that sometimes can’t be cleared from the screen, as if the whole app freezes. The ads often have deceptive, hidden close buttons and sometimes just pop up when I try to press play, pause, or other player functions.
Purchases app cause it can play all the formats but it takes forever for it to load artists or albums. It seems to scan the entire library every single time I start to browse my catalog. It will finish and say that it scanned 10k songs. None of the other apps do this. Takes up to 3 minutes. Disappointing
Could’ve been worse…. Could’ve been a LOT better. System REFUSES to recognize the order that the music is listed in. Puts everything into alphabetical order. Can’t see a way to put things in order WITHOUT going through the hassle of making playlists by hand. Who the hell designed this junk?! Just read the publishers response. I would still have to make the list BY HAND!!! and that’s not an easy thing to get done by going through 5 different menus!! Why the hell would I even WANT to use this??!
I needed an MP3 player because I couldn’t find a default one on my phone aside from YouTube music that took forever to sync up my music and the audio player wouldn’t play certain file types. Synced up all my songs in a few seconds. Listed them out alphabetically. The UI is friendly and easy to navigate. It looks very sleek and filter options are all right there and easy to get to. There’s a sleep timer! I’ve always wanted one. Can’t wait to mess with settings. They have a lyrics section too.
After about two years of suffering with Amazon Music, I finally caved and took to the app store in search of a new FREE music player. And, in my searching, I found the holy grail. This app is legitimately perfect, the only flaw I would point out is that there are some small adds, don’t be alarmed, your music is uninterrupted. But at the bottom of the screen, or on rare occasions filling up the screen, are random ads. It’s not a huge distraction, but they’re there. Apart from that, *chef’s kiss*.
