If you use the English version, then you can’t access Amazon 11 Street, only the Korean version allows that. Furthermore, if you put something in your cart in the Korean version, it doesn’t show in the English version or vise versa. Eventhough it’s the same account. Lastly, more items are available and cheaper/discounts when using the Korean version.
Service is absolutely terrible. Wanted to buy an item I saw on the website but the unique characters don’t appear to login. Try to use this mobile app. Can login but now the item I see on the PC version won’t appear in the mobile. Even using PC version in the mobile won’t work. Wasted 2 hours trying to order an item through this trash website/app.
The app continuously gives errors: the page you have requests can not be found. This is not showing information (more details) for many products in different categories. How can you buy something on the app if you can’t see the product details? You have to keep pressing PC version and then scrolling back from the main page to what item you’re trying to see’s information. It’s a waste of time and so is their help desk which wont acknowledge the problem or assist.
The app is so slow… :'( I think you can still improve the speed and interface of the app. Clients from overseas are not very familiar with some of the brands. I’d appreciate if you can organize / categorize the items better. Thank you.
Please fix the bug with confirmation email. I received the email, but can’t verify my account when I press on register link. I get the message saying: “The page cannot be found. We are very sorry about your inconvenience.” But everything was done 100% correct. I can’t even sign in with facebook cause I get a login disabled notification. I can’t shop without an account so what’s the point. Please fix it, thanks.
Nothing load correctly . Your review page still doesnt load, now your item description page doesnt load either. I am not sure what kinda experiment you are performing on your app but it becomes very annoying to use. Please fix the bugs..
I cant believe so many people had an email verification error problem. Its been a long time already ajd they didnt fix it? Please fix this problem asap, i cant even use it
No activation link visible . They say open pc version to re send it but the pc version doesn’t show the characters!
Works fine for me. But I did use my FB account to create an account cause using just email is not working during the verification. It’s my 2nd time to order here. International shipping from Korea to Philippines takes 8-9 days via EMS. Tracking orders is excellent every step including the airline. Plus their customer support answers inquiries promptly. Their price is almost the same as GMarket with discount vouchers too. Intl shipping is cheaper. 👌
